Kathy helped us buy our first home. Honestly, five stars is not enough for all that she did for my family. She stayed on top of everyone to make sure we closed on our home in 30 days. Her expertise and connections in the real estate world brought an immeasurable amount of wealth to our process. Everyone we encountered from the inspector to the contractor doing the inspection repairs were top of their prospective industry and worked 10x harder because in my opinion when you’re on Kathy’s list you’ll get great jobs. She was present for every single step in our home buying process and we still ask her for recommendations on who’s best to use for xyz. Kathy is fantastic! We moved from Greenville SC and had no idea where we wanted to live other than "Charlotte". Kathy has so much insight on all of the cities nearby and was incredibly knowledgeable on all of the the pros and cons, from school districts to traffic, to doggie daycares and restaurants. She was patient with us from start to finish and we never felt like we were wasting her time. She was also able to refer us to a mortgage company that made this entire process so much better. And finally, she truly cares about her clients. Kathy was on vacation when we closed on our house and she went out of her way to visit our new house several weeks later. I’m a first time homebuyer. Kathy was an excellent resource in my search for a new home in Charlotte. She was quick to respond, available on short notice for showings, and did an excellent job showing me a variety of options while helping steer me in the direction of what I wanted. Kathy went above and beyond on helping me buy my first home. She’s very knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. She was able to set up an account for me that notified me as soon as listings hit the market, based on my specific search criteria. If I saw a property I wanted to view, she was able to set up a viewing quickly. Most of my viewings were done on the same day as my request.
